The pattern is knitted over 8 stitches and 8 rows and is fairly stretchy. The pattern repeats every 8 stitches. You can repeat this indefinitely!
I'm assuming you know how to knit socks. The heel consists of the Dutch heel, so the delicate floral pattern will not wear out quickly!
The pattern continues across the top of the foot. The sock is wordked from the cuff down.
